The material provided on this web site is for informational purposes only. Have your eyes examined regularly and always follow your eye care professionals instructions for the proper use and care of your contacts. If you experience any pain or discomfort from your contacts, discontinue use immediately and consult your eye care professional. As a contact lens replacement center, we can only sell you contact lenses that you have a valid prescription for, and are wearing successfully.
Product Returns - Contact lenses
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns if the contact lenses are found to be factory defective. Please refer to the Defective Contact Lenses section below, for more information.
Defective Contact Lenses
If you feel that the lenses you receive are factory defective, we will exchange the lenses free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same brand and prescription. We cannot issue refunds for defective items. Please note that the defective contact lenses will have to be returned to us first, before we can exchange them. If your contact lenses are defective please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your order). When returning defective contact lenses, please put them into a storage case containing solution and package them carefully to ensure they are not damaged in shipment.
Product Returns - Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
For prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses, we can only accept returns if the product is found to be factory defective (this includes either the frame, the lenses, or both). Please refer to the Defective Eyeglasses & Sunglasses section below, for more information.
For non prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses you can return an item with seven days for an exchange or refund (excluding the shipping cost). The returned item must be undamaged and include all original packaging material and accessories.
Defective Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
If you feel that the eyeglasses or sunglasses you received have a manufacturing defect, please return the glasses for inspection within seven days. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will replace them free of charge with the exact same model. This does not cover normal wear and tear to the frame or lenses or damages caused by improper use.
