Do I need a prescription to place an order?
Yes, you should have a valid prescription before you place your order. As a contact lens replacement center, we can only sell you contact lenses you have a valid prescription for.

What countries do you ship to?
Vision Marketplace ships to most countries in the world. For the list of countries we currently ship to, please click here. If you country is not listed then unfortunately we cannot ship to your location at the moment.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order at any time, log into your Vision Marketplace account and click on the "View Order Status" link. You can log into your account by clicking on the "My Account" link which is available on every page of our website, or by clicking here.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
