Shipping Costs
Vision Marketplace charges a fixed shipping cost per order depending on the shopping cart total and the destination. The table below shows the shipping cost and estimated delivery time for each destination.

Product Availability and Expected Dispatch Times
The estimated dispatch time for each product is stated on the product page. Although we endeavor to dispatch your order on or before the dispatch time indicated on the product page, we cannot offer any guarantee and this is only an estimate. Estimated dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Vision Marketplace account.
Expected Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary, depending on the availability of the products purchased and your location. The table under the Shipping Costs section above shows the estimated delivery time for each destination. Please note that the delivery times are just estimates and it can sometimes take more or less time for your order to be delivered.
To get the total delivery time for your order
Some brands of prescription contact lenses are not available for immediate dispatch. Please refer to the "availability" section on the product page for more details. To get the total delivery time for your order, you should add the availability time on the product page to the delivery times above. Also, if an order contains multiple products with different availability times, the order will be shipped once all the products become available.
Import Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes
Some countries will charge import/sales taxes on the product when it arrives in the destination country and goes through customs. Vision Marketplace does not have any control over these fees and it is your responsibility to pay any such taxes as required at the time of delivery.
